Meet the dance ensemble
The Hillsdale High School Dance Ensemble is a dance performing group committed to excellence through strong work ethic and character. The commitment is a year long and all members must audition each year to earn a spot on or back onto the Ensemble.
Dancers train throughout the school year. All dancers are enrolled in Advance Dance which is during 4th period and each member will be expected to have excellent attendance. Some of the performances that are required of all dancers: Holiday Showcase, Annual Spring Concert, High School community events, rallies and school related events and fundraisers. The Ensemble’s focus is on skill and performance, dancers will gain knowledge and experience through performances about production skills while producing their own choreography and performances.

Giuliana Adragna is a Freshman at Hillsdale.
Kylie Bautista - JUNIOR
Hi! My name is Kylie Bautista. I am a junior, and this is my third year on the dance ensemble. I have been dancing for 12 years, and I have always loved to perform! I am so blessed to be with my amazing dance family again this year, and I can’t wait to make so many more memories. Fun fact, I love Disneyland and I have gone over 60 times!
Carly Cheung - freshman
Carly is a freshman at Hillsdale, and this is her first year on Dance Ensemble. Carly began dancing at the age of three, learning ballet. Several years later, she explored new styles at Principal Creative & Performing Arts, finding love for contemporary styles, and this is her fourth season competing with them! When she has free time, Carly enjoys reading and listening to music, as well as spending time with friends and family. Carly would like to thank her dance teachers and her family for their support throughout her dance journey. She is looking forward to many fun performances and new experiences on the Ensemble!
MIa Curtis - Senior
Hi my name is Mia Curtis and this is my third year on the Dance Ensemble! I am so excited and grateful to be a part of this team for my final year. I have been dancing for over 10 years and it’s one of my favorite things to do, especially with all the people I love! Something you may not know about me: I’m a ballet teacher and it’s something that I really enjoy doing!
evelyn Estalilla - Sophomore
Evelyn Estalilla is a Sophomore at Hillsdale and this is her second year on the ensemble. She started dancing when she was 7 training primarily in musical theatre, hip hop and jazz. Evelyn is so grateful to be apart of the ensemble and she thanks her friends, family and coaches for their support. Her fun fact is that she is insanely good at catching sand fleas at the beach.
Siena Feinberg - SENIOR *
Siena Feinberg is a senior at Hillsdale High School and this is her fourth year on the dance ensemble. Her early years were filled with dance and gymnastics until age 7. Siena rediscovered her passion for dance in 2020 during the pandemic. Additionally, she is a member of the competition team at Heartbeat Dance Academy and competes in many different styles such as jazz, hip hop, musical theater, and lyrical. Outside of dancing, Siena enjoys hanging out with her friends, listening to music, and watching movies. Siena is so grateful to be apart of this amazing group of dancers and wants to thank her family, friends, coaches, and dance teachers for all of their support and love, as none of this would be possible without them!
SOFIA FELIX - JUNIOR
Sofia is a Junior at Hillsdale and this is her second year on the Dance Ensemble. When Sofia was little, she took ballet classes, but at 8 she decided to switch to competitive cheer. When she was a Freshman she also joined the Hillsdale Cheer Team and took the Intermediate dance class. After dancing for a whole year and watching the Ensemble throughout the season, specifically Knight Moves, she decided to audition for the Ensemble. Her favorite style of dance is hip hop and jazz but is very excited to explore other styles. She would like to thank her family for always supporting her, and her friends for pushing her to do her best. She is so excited to grow as a dancer and can’t wait for all the memories she is going to make!
Mia Hackett - JUNIOR
Hi! My name is Mia and i’m a junior at Hillsdale. I’m super excited to continue my journey with the Dance Ensemble. I’m apart of the leadership class and have been dancing since I was two and a half years old. Something you may not know about me is that I love to cook and bake for my friends and family. I want to thank my family, and my dance teachers over the years, for helping me peruse what I love to do!
Carmen Haugh - SENIOR
Hi my name is Carmen Haugh, I am a senior and this is my 3rd year on the Dance Ensemble. I started dancing my freshman year and have loved it ever since! I have been watching Knight Moves my whole life and knew that I always wanted to be apart of it and I am so grateful that I am now. Something you may not know about me is I have been on the Hillsdale Cheer team since my freshman year. I have loved making endless memories with the girls and Sabrina and can't wait for my final year!
Brooke Haywood - JUNIOR
Brooke is a Junior at Hillsdale and this is her third year on the Dance Ensemble. When Brooke was 2 years old she began competitive gymnastics. Five years ago, Brooke decided to switch from gymnastics to dance. Brooke’s favorite style of dance is hip hop and street jazz. When she isnt dancing, she enjoys hanging out with friends and shopping. Brooke is so happy to be a part of the Dance Ensemble and wants to thank her family and friends for always supporting her dance journey.
Elsa Hu Barrera - Junior
Hi I'm Elsa! This is my 3rd year on the ensemble and I am so excited for the many performances and fun experiences to come. I have been dancing for 13 years and love not just learning dance itself, but also learning the culture and stories behind it. I am so grateful to be a part of this wonderful program, I can't wait for the fun year ahead!
Trinity Huang - FresHMAN
Hello! My name is Trinity Huang and I’m proud to be a new member of the HHS Dance Ensemble. I have about 5-6 years of dance experience, and absolutely loved watching the ensemble perform on stage before I came to Hillsdale! I’m so happy to be accepted into the ensemble with open arms, and am grateful to have such a welcoming community. Something interesting about me is that I really love cozy games such as Animal Crossing! So excited for a wonderful year!
Liza KononeNko - Junior
Liza is a Junior at Hillsdale High school, and this is her second year on the Ensemble! She started dancing when she was 3 years old at the Beresford Recreation Center, taking classes like ballet and tap. A couple years later, she expanded her skills by trying out jazz, and continues that now. Along with being on the Ensemble, Liza is on the Hillsdale Cheer team, and in the Leadership class. In her free time, Liza enjoys reading, hanging out with friends, and shopping. She would like to thank her parents for their endless support and is thrilled for them to watch her dance!
Cadence Lane - SENIOR *
My name is Cadence Serenity Lane, and I’m a 4-year member of the HHS Dance Ensemble. I danced for 5 years before joining Ensemble, so dance has always been a huge part of my life. Ive expressed myself in so many ways through movement and feel the most confident and completely myself when I’m performing. There’s something so special about being on stage and getting to share something you’ve worked so hard on with an audience. I’m so grateful for everyone on this team. I’ve met the coolest people through dance and I appreciate all of them for making me feel accepted and loved. I’m going to miss all the little moments that made these years so memorable. The past 3 years have gone by so fast and I can’t wait to see what my senior year brings!

Annabelle Lin - Freshman
Hi! My name is Annabelle Lin and this is my first year on the HHS Dance Ensemble. I have been dancing for 10 years, and competing for 6 years at PCPA. My favorite styles of dance are hip hop, jazz, and musical theatre. I've watched the ensemble perform for years and feel so blessed to finally be part of this amazing program. I’m so grateful for my new dance family and am so excited to begin my ensemble journey. A fun fact about myself is that I also play flute and trumpet.
FELICITY MA - SENIOR
Felicity is a Senior at Hillsdale. This is her second year on Dance Ensemble. She started dancing when she was three and danced on and off over the years. Felicity has mainly trained in hip hop, but is excited to start training in the other genres of dance. Outside of dance, Felicity is a part of the Hillsdale Cheer team and the Leadership team. She would like to thank the love and support from her family, friends, and especially Sabrina for giving her this wonderful opportunity. She can’t wait for an amazing year; being a part of the Hillsdale Dance Ensemble!
CAMILA MILES - FRESHMAN
Hi my name is Camila Miles and this will be my second year on the dance ensemble. I started taking dance lessons since I was six years old and I fell in love with the sport ever since. I am always so grateful to be apart of such an amazing team with some of the best people!I can’t wait for another excited great year! Something you may not know about me is I love swimming, especially on vacation!
Ellie Nadboralski - Sophomore
Kylee is a Sophomore at Hillsdale.
Rosie Pirzadeh - Sophomore
Rosie is a sophomore and this is her first year on the Dance Ensemble. Rosie has been training in ballet since she was 6 years old but has only started training in other styles at Melodic Remedy just last year! Rosie is super excited to build new friendships, and she is very grateful to her family, friends, and teachers for helping her gain the ability to dance! A fun fact about her is that she is super good at minesweeper.
Kate Rayborn - SENIOR *
Hi! My name is Kate Rayborn and I am a Senior here at Hillsdale. This will be my fourth year on The Dance Ensemble and I couldn’t be happier!! I have been dancing for 14 years and have loved every moment of it. Being a part of this team means the world to me and I’m so lucky to have met so many of my best friends and made so many amazing memories! I cannot wait to see what this year brings. Go Knights!!

josephine ries - JUNIOR
Hi my name Josephine Ries and this is my 3rd year in the ensemble! I have been dancing for around 7 years, and I couldn't imagine my life without it! My favorite thing about dance is how you are able to really put yourself out there, and create a connection with both those you are on stage with, and those you are performing for. I'm so grateful to be a part of this team, and can't wait for this school year!
Something you may not know about me: I am a huge Marvel fan, and my favorite character is Daredevil!

vanessa Sanchez - Sophomore
Vanessa is a sophomore and this is her second year on the ensemble. She has been dancing since she was six years old at Liv Dance Arts. A fun fact about her is her mission for this year is to watch every single Marvel movie.
Daniela Savage - Junior
Hello! My name is Daniela Savage, and I am a junior at Hillsdale. This is my third year on the Dance Ensemble. I have been training in Hip Hop since age five and started dancing competitively as part of Krazy8 when I was nine. I started training in jazz, contemporary, lyrical, street jazz, technique, musical theater, and ballet at Melodic Remedy six years ago. After watching my sister dance in Knight Moves for 4 years, I knew I wanted to join the ensemble. Something you may not know about me is that I love Wii Sports and Just Dance because I grew up trying to beat my sister and cousins in these games. I like how it reminds me of them. I love this team so much and can’t wait for another amazing year!
sophie spillner - Sophomore
Sophie is a sophomore and this is her second year on the Dance Ensemble. She has been dancing since age 4, doing primarily ballet and contemporary. She is very excited for the next season with all her friends. A fun fact is that when life gets stressful Sophie calms down by baking.
Maggie THomson - SENIOR *
Maggie is a Senior at Hillsdale High School and this is her third year on the Dance Ensemble. Maggie began dancing ballet and tap at 3 years old at Kirkpatrick School of Dance. She later moved to Heartbeat Dance Academy to continue doing more styles of dance like jazz, lyrical, and contemporary. She currently dances at Heartbeat Dance Academy. Maggie’s favorite style to perform is jazz. When she isn’t dancing, she spends time with her friends and family. Maggie is so excited to be part of the Dance Ensemble, and is so grateful for all the support she’s received from her dance teachers and parents!
Ashley Vigil - Sophomore
Ashley is a sophomore and this is her first year on the ensemble. She has been dancing since age 3 and is very excited to be a part of the team this year! A fun fact about her is that she owns chickens in her backyard.
Sammy Wright - SENIOR *
Hi my name is Sammy, I am a senior and this is my fourth year on the Ensemble. I have been dancing for the past 15 years of my life and currently dance on Heartbeat Dance Academy’s competition team. Something that you may not know about me is that I am a huge Taylor Swift fan! I am so excited for my final year on this team and would love to thank my family and friends for supporting me my whole life and of course Sabrina for this amazing program!
MADELYNN yip - Sophomore
Hi! My name is Maddie Yip and this is my second year on the dance ensemble. I’ve been dancing for over 12 years and my favorite style is hiphop! Something you may not know about me is that I love sushi and the fall season. I had such an amazing freshman year with our dance program and I am so excited for all the memories I get to make this year!
